To Mr. Rocker and the Rocker-Cusack Mortuary Staff, Thank you is not enough to express what we feel as a family for all that was done to help us with the passing of our sister, Sharon Armstrong. It was especially difficult for us with COVID-19 changing protocols and the norms of what transpires when you lose a loved one. But you and you devoted staff stepped in and guided us through it all...we thank you so much. Please convey to your beautiful wife Darlene, the honorable Reverend Roy, and your gracious attending staff member John who worked with us so wonderfully on Saturday for the service our deep and heartfelt appreciation for giving our family the gift of a special farewell to our sister Sharon. We would also like to thank the videographer for providing the way for remote family and friends to attend and also creating a lasting memory of the services. And finally, please thank everyone who worked behind the scenes and played a part in providing the caring professionalism shown at all times to me and my family. To experience a profound loss, such as death is very traumatic, especially when the passing is not expected. Having gone through such an event in March of 2016 just six short years after losing my mom and then another sibling was almost more than I could bear. The family decided to contact Mr. Rocker of Rocker-Cusack Mortuary. From my initial contact with their receptionist, Mrs. Rosetta Givens to the committal service at the burial, I can give nothing but praise and respect. Mr. Rocker proved to be knowledgeable, professional, caring and the 'friend' this family needed to carry out this family's wishes. I never want to experience a life-changing event of this magnitude and nature and not have the professional services of Mr. Rodney Rocker and his courteous, professional services of Rocker-Cusack Mortuary, Leesburg, FL.
